G-Type Gravel Pump

G and GH-type gravel pumps feature a single-pump casing structure connected by a keyway, ensuring wide-flow channels for efficient material handling. The pump's wet-end components are crafted from wear-resistant materials such as hard nickel and high-chromium alloys. Additionally, the discharge outlet of the pump can be positioned at any angle within a 360° range, offering convenient installation and operation, excellent cavitation performance, and superior corrosion resistance. Among these models, the GH-type gravel pump is designed specifically for high-head applications, making it ideal for the continuous transportation of highly abrasive materials—materials that are too coarse for conventional slurry pumps to handle effectively. This pump model is widely used in applications such as mud dredging on dredgers, river channel maintenance, mining operations, and the conveyance of blast furnace slag in metallurgical processes.

Additionally, the discharge outlet of the pump can be positioned at any angle within a 360° range, offering convenient installation and operation, excellent cavitation performance, and superior corrosion resistance. Among these models, the GH-type gravel pump is specifically designed as a high-head pump, primarily used for the continuous transportation of highly abrasive materials with excessively large particle sizes that cannot be handled by conventional slurry pumps. This pump model is ideally suited for applications such as mud dredging on dredgers, river channel maintenance, mining operations, and the conveyance of blast furnace slag in metallurgical processes.

Mud pump

PN-type pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered centrifugal slurry pumps, while PNL-type pumps are vertical slurry pumps. These pumps are suitable for transporting solid-liquid two-phase fluids in mining operations. They can also be used in industries such as building materials, papermaking, food processing, and feed production to convey various types of slurries. The pumps are capable of handling high-concentration slurries ranging from 50% to 60% (by weight).

AH HH Rubber-Lined Slurry Pump

Pumps of types AH, AHP, AHR, HP, M, MR, H, and HH are cantilevered, horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps. They are designed for transporting highly abrasive, high-concentration slurries in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, mining, coal, and power construction materials. These pumps can also be used in multi-stage series configurations.

AH HH Rubber-Lined Slurry Pump

The shaft seals of AH, M, and HH pumps can be equipped with either packed gland packing or centrifugal seals. The pump's discharge outlet positions can be installed and used in eight different angular orientations, each spaced at 45° intervals, according to specific requirements.
