Vertical Slurry Pump
The ZJ pump is a single-stage, single-suction centrifugal slurry pump featuring an internal and external double-layer metal structure. The pump casing adopts a vertical split design, with the discharge port rotatable in eight distinct positions at 45° intervals. This product boasts high efficiency, energy savings, long service life, and lightweight construction. Its rational design ensures reliable operation and convenient maintenance, making it ideal for industries such as power generation, metallurgy, coal mining, and building materials. It is specifically designed to handle abrasive or corrosive slurries containing solid particles, with solid-liquid mixture concentrations ranging up to 45% for ash slurries and 60% for mineral slurries. The medium temperature does not exceed 60°C. Additionally, this pump model can be used in multi-stage series configurations.
A foam pump is a specialized mechanical device designed to generate, convey, or process foam. It is widely used in fields such as firefighting, chemical processing, mining, food manufacturing, and personal care applications (e.g., packaging for facial cleansers and shampoos). Its core function involves mechanically mixing gases (such as air) with liquids (like water, chemical solutions, or foaming agents) to create stable foam.
ZJL QV SP YZ Type Vertical Slurry Pump
The SP-type submersible pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump designed for handling abrasive, coarse-particle, high-concentration slurries. The pump is typically submerged in tanks or pits for operation. It requires no shaft seals or seal water, enabling reliable performance even under conditions of insufficient suction flow. The wetted components and shaft of the SP model are made from metal materials, making it ideal for conveying highly abrasive slurries. The SP(R) submersible pump is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, power generation, and building materials. In contrast, the SPR model features rubber-lined components that are fully immersed in the liquid, making it particularly suitable for transporting corrosive slurries.
