  • Overview

G and GH-type gravel pumps feature a single-pump casing structure connected by a keyway, ensuring wide-flow passages for efficient material handling. The pump's wet-end components are crafted from wear-resistant materials such as hard nickel and high-chromium alloys. Additionally, the discharge outlet of the pump can be positioned at any angle within a 360° range, offering convenient installation and operation, excellent cavitation performance, and superior corrosion resistance. Among these models, the GH-type gravel pump is specifically designed as a high-head pump, primarily used for the continuous transportation of highly abrasive materials—those with particle sizes too large for conventional slurry pumps to handle effectively. This pump model is ideally suited for applications such as dredging operations on dredgers, channel maintenance and sediment removal, mining activities, and the conveyance of blast furnace slag in metallurgical processes.

Desulfurization Pump

This series of pumps features high efficiency, energy savings, corrosion and abrasion resistance, minimal vibration, low noise levels, reliable operation, extended service life, and convenient maintenance. They are widely applicable in desulfurization systems across industries such as thermal power plants, aluminum refineries, and oil refineries, specifically for conveying limestone or gypsum slurry. The slurry can tolerate chloride ion concentrations up to 60,000 ppm, and the slurry's pH range is adjustable between 2.5 and 13.

AH-Type Non-Clogging Slurry Pump

Pumps of types AH, AHP, AHR, HP, M, MR, H, and HH are cantilevered, horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps. They are designed for conveying highly abrasive, high-concentration slurries in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, mining, coal, and power generation as well as building materials industries. These pumps can also be used in multistage series configurations.

ZJL QV SP YZ Type Vertical Slurry Pump

The SP-type submersible pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump designed for handling abrasive, coarse-particle, high-concentration slurries. The pump is typically submerged in tanks or pits for operation. It requires no shaft seals or seal water, enabling reliable performance even under conditions of insufficient suction flow. The wetted components and shaft of the SP model are made from metal materials, making it ideal for conveying highly abrasive slurries. The SP(R) submersible pump is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, power generation, and building materials. In contrast, the SPR model features rubber-lined components that are fully immersed in the liquid, making it particularly suitable for transporting corrosive slurries.

Double-suction centrifugal pump

The double-suction centrifugal pump is a type of centrifugal pump featuring a double-suction impeller design. Due to its high efficiency, stability, and wide range of applicability, it has been widely used in fields such as municipal water supply, industrial circulating water systems, agricultural irrigation, and power plant cooling systems.
