This series of pumps features high efficiency, energy savings, corrosion and wear resistance, minimal vibration, low noise levels, reliable operation, extended service life, and convenient maintenance. They are widely applicable in desulfurization systems across industries such as thermal power plants, aluminum refineries, and oil refineries, where they efficiently convey limestone or gypsum slurries. The slurry can tolerate chloride ion concentrations up to 60,000 ppm, and the slurry's pH range is adjustable between 2.5 and 13.
Model Meaning: For example
200 DT 1 - A60 (58) B200 mm—Pump outlet diameter
DT--Horizontal Desulfurization Pump
1 -- Flow-through material. 1 is C1; 2 is C2; 3 is C3; GLH-5 is not labeled
A—Number of impeller blades. A has 5 blades, B has 4 blades, C has 3 blades, D has 2 blades, E has 1 blade, F has 6 blades, and G has 7 blades.
60 (58) – Impeller diameter reduced from the prototype pump’s 60 cm to 58 cm
B--Special structural code. B indicates a semi-open impeller. No indication for the standard structure.
