  • Overview

G and GH-type gravel pumps feature a single-pump casing structure connected by a keyway, ensuring wide-flow passages for efficient material handling. The pump's wet-end components are crafted from wear-resistant materials such as hard nickel and high-chromium alloys. Additionally, the discharge outlet of the pump can be positioned at any angle within a 360° range, offering convenient installation and operation, excellent cavitation performance, and superior corrosion resistance. Among these models, the GH-type gravel pump is specifically designed as a high-head pump, primarily used for the continuous transportation of highly abrasive materials with particle sizes too large for conventional slurry pumps. This pump model is ideally suited for applications such as dredging operations on dredgers, channel maintenance and sediment removal, mining activities, and the conveyance of blast furnace slag in metallurgical processes.

Widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, coal, and building materials for conveying media including tailings, fine sand concentrates, ash residues, coal slime, gravel, and other materials.

ZJL QV SP YZ Type Vertical Slurry Pump

The SP-type submersible pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump designed for handling abrasive, coarse-particle, high-concentration slurries. The pump is typically submerged in tanks or pits for operation. It requires no shaft seals or seal water, enabling reliable performance even under conditions of insufficient suction flow. The wetted components and shaft of the SP model are made from metal materials, making it ideal for conveying highly abrasive slurries. The SP(R) submersible pump is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, power generation, and building materials. In contrast, the SPR model features rubber-lined components that are fully immersed in the liquid, making it particularly suitable for transporting corrosive slurries.

Submersible Slurry Pump

The WQ-type non-clog submersible sewage pump is a new generation of pump products successfully developed based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology, combined with the unique characteristics of domestic pumps. It features remarkable energy-saving performance, anti-entanglement design, complete blockage resistance, automatic installation capabilities, and intelligent automatic control. Additionally, this pump excels in efficiently handling solid particles and long-fiber waste materials.
