This series of pumps features a unique impeller design and a new type of mechanical seal, enabling efficient handling of fluids containing solid particles and long fibers. Compared to conventional impellers, the pump impeller in this series adopts either a single-channel or dual-channel configuration, resembling a bent pipe section with uniform cross-sectional dimensions—thus providing excellent flow characteristics. Combined with a carefully designed volute chamber, these pumps achieve high efficiency. Additionally, the impellers undergo rigorous static and dynamic balancing tests, ensuring smooth operation with zero vibration during runtime.

1. Employing a large-flow, anti-clogging hydraulic component design significantly enhances the ability to pass debris, effectively allowing the pump to handle fibrous materials up to 5 times the pump's diameter and solid particles with diameters approximately 50% of the pump's caliber.

3. The pump shaft undergoes chrome plating, significantly enhancing its corrosion resistance and wear resistance, thereby substantially extending the service life of the entire pump.

Operating Conditions for the Pump

1. The medium temperature shall not exceed 60°C, with a specific gravity ranging from 1.0 to 1.3 kg/dm³ and a pH value between 5 and 9.

2. For pumps without an internal self-circulation cooling system, the motor section must not extend more than 1/2 above the liquid level.

3. In general, the pump must be operated within its specified head range to ensure that the motor is not overloaded. If operation across the full head range is required, please specify this clearly at the time of order placement so that the manufacturer can accommodate accordingly.

4. During operation, the pump motor current must not exceed the motor's rated current.

Structural Description

The WQ-type non-clog submersible sewage pump consists of two main components: the motor and the pump, which are separated by an oil-isolation chamber and a mechanical sealing assembly. This product is an integrated electromechanical unit, with the motor and pump sharing the same shaft (rotor). As a result, the entire pump boasts a compact design and a short overall length, ensuring ease of installation and operation. Equipped with multiple protective devices, the pump delivers safe and reliable performance during operation. The primary functions of its key components are as follows:

Signal Line 1: Equipped with a fully protected water pump control cabinet, providing comprehensive safeguarding for the pump, including protection against leakage, phase failure, short circuits, overheating, and motor overload.

Motor stator 8: Equipped with Class B or Class F insulation.

Leakage detection probe 11: This component is installed in the oil chamber. When the mechanical seal fails and water enters the oil chamber, the probe sends a signal to the control system, triggering protective measures for the pump.

Mechanical Seal 13: Employs a dual-stage tandem sealing design, utilizing a new type of highly corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material. It features reliable sealing performance, excellent wear resistance, and an extended service life.

Impeller 17: The impeller features a single-channel or dual-channel design, offering exceptional passage capabilities that allow it to handle large materials and fibrous debris effectively, thereby minimizing blockages and entanglement issues.

Pump Body 15: Designed for use with the impeller to ensure high pump efficiency.

Sealing Ring 18: Installed at the pump body's wear ring. When the impeller causes wear at the wear ring due to operation, the sealing ring can be replaced to ensure the pump operates at optimal efficiency.
