Structural Composition of the Desulfurization Pump

The structure of the desulfurization pump mainly includes the pump head part, the shaft seal part, and the transmission part.

Pump head part: It is one of the core structures of the desulfurization pump, mainly including the front and rear pump casings, volute casing, front and rear wear plates, and impeller components. These components work together to ensure the pump's efficient and stable operation.
Shaft seal part: Used to prevent fluid leakage from the gap between the pump shaft and the pump casing. Common types of shaft seals include auxiliary impeller shaft seals, packing seals, and mechanical seals.
Transmission part: Includes the bracket and bearing assembly, which together support and drive the rotation of the pump shaft. The bracket supports the pump body, ensuring stability and reliability during operation; the bearing assembly includes the pump shaft, bearings, and bearing housing, capable of withstanding the maximum axial and radial loads of the pump.
