Submersible Slurry Pump


This series of pumps features a unique impeller design and a new type of mechanical seal, enabling efficient handling of fluids containing solid particles and long fibers. Compared to conventional impellers, the pump impeller in this series adopts either a single-channel or dual-channel configuration, resembling a bent pipe section with uniform cross-sectional dimensions—thus providing excellent flow characteristics. Combined with a well-designed volute chamber, these pumps achieve high efficiency. Additionally, the impellers undergo rigorous static and dynamic balancing tests, ensuring smooth operation with zero vibration during runtime.

ZJ-Type Slurry Pump


The ZJ pump is a single-stage, single-suction centrifugal slurry pump featuring an internal and external double-layer metal structure. The pump casing adopts a vertical split design, with the discharge port rotatable in eight distinct positions at 45° intervals. This product boasts high efficiency, energy savings, long service life, and lightweight construction. Its rational design ensures reliable operation and convenient maintenance, making it ideal for industries such as power generation, metallurgy, coal mining, and building materials. It is specifically designed to handle abrasive or corrosive slurries containing solid particles, with solid-liquid mixture concentrations ranging up to 45% for fly ash slurries and 60% for mineral slurries. The medium temperature does not exceed 60°C. Additionally, this pump model can be used in multi-stage series configurations.
