Overview

The ZJ-type slurry pump is a horizontal, single-stage centrifugal pump with axial suction. The pump features a unique double-layer metal structure—both internally and externally—with a vertically split casing design. The discharge outlet can be rotated in eight distinct positions, each separated by 45° intervals. This design ensures efficient energy conversion between the solid and liquid phases within the pump, while significantly reducing wear on critical flow components. Compared to other slurry pumps, the ZJ model offers superior efficiency, energy savings, extended service life, excellent cavitation performance, a rational structural layout, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance. Widely used in industries such as power generation, metallurgy, coal mining, and building materials, this pump is particularly suited for conveying media like tailings, fine mineral sands, fly ash, coal slime, gravel, and other abrasive slurries.
