Foam Pump

A foam pump is a specialized mechanical device designed to generate, convey, or process foam. It is widely used in fields such as firefighting, chemical processing, mining, food manufacturing, and personal care applications (e.g., packaging for facial cleansers and shampoos). Its core function involves mechanically mixing gases (such as air) with liquids (like water, chemical solutions, or foaming agents) to create stable foam.

  • Product Description
  • A foam pump is a specialized mechanical device designed to generate, convey, or handle foam.

    How it works

    Gas and liquid mixture

Liquid (such as water or chemical solutions) is drawn into the pump body, while gas (such as air) enters through the intake port.
Rotating components (such as impellers and turbines) rapidly shear the liquid, creating tiny bubbles that are evenly dispersed to form a stable foam.

    Foam Output

The mixed foam is discharged through the pump outlet and conveyed to the target location (e.g., nozzles, pipelines, or containers).

    Core Components

Pump body: Withstands pressure and accommodates the process of liquid-gas mixing.
Impeller/Turbine: Rotates at high speed, generating shear force to disperse the gas.
Intake port: Controls the volume of gas intake and adjusts the foam expansion ratio.
Sealing device: Prevents gas leakage and ensures mixing efficiency.
Drive mechanisms: motors, pneumatic motors, or manual press mechanisms (e.g., daily-use foam pumps).

Horizontal Slurry Pump

Widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, coal, and building materials for conveying media including tailings, fine sand concentrates, ash residues, coal slime, gravel, and other materials.

ZJL QV SP YZ Type Vertical Slurry Pump

The SP-type submersible pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump designed for handling abrasive, coarse-particle, high-concentration slurries. The pump is typically submerged in tanks or pits for operation. It requires no shaft seals or seal water, enabling reliable performance even under conditions of insufficient suction flow. The wetted components and shaft of the SP model are made from metal materials, making it ideal for conveying highly abrasive slurries. The SP(R) submersible pump is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, power generation, and building materials. In contrast, the SPR model features rubber-lined components that are fully immersed in the liquid, making it particularly suitable for transporting corrosive slurries.

G-Type Gravel Pump

G and GH-type gravel pumps feature a single-pump casing structure connected by a keyway, ensuring wide-flow channels for efficient material handling. The pump's wet-end components are crafted from wear-resistant materials such as hard nickel and high-chromium alloys. Additionally, the discharge outlet of the pump can be positioned at any angle within a 360° range, offering convenient installation and operation, excellent cavitation performance, and superior corrosion resistance. Among these models, the GH-type gravel pump is specifically designed as a high-head pump, primarily used for the continuous transportation of highly abrasive materials—those with particle sizes too large for conventional slurry pumps—to prevent clogging or damage during conveyance. This pump model is ideally suited for applications such as mud dredging on dredgers, river channel maintenance, mining operations, and the efficient transport of blast furnace slag in metallurgical processes.

AH-Type Non-Clogging Slurry Pump

Pumps of types AH, AHP, AHR, HP, M, MR, H, and HH are cantilevered, horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps. They are designed for conveying highly abrasive, high-concentration slurries in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, mining, coal, and power generation as well as building materials industries. These pumps can also be used in multistage series configurations.
